Gas Monitors

Partnered with Turnkey Instruments, we offer a range of compact ambient gas monitoring equipment.

These gas monitors allow easy recording and reporting of multiple gas species, viewed remotely through AirQWeb. Like particulates, pollutant gases significantly affect the quality of air we breathe, and are often present in the same environments and generated by the same sources, such as industry and road traffic.

Overview

The Internet Gas Monitor, iGASair, can measure from 1 single gas to 8 gases in a single device. Gas sensors are housed in a shielded manifold and aspirated with an ultra-quiet pump, making it suitable for outdoor and indoor air pollution monitoring.

The monitors use a variety of methods, such as electrochemical cells, nondispersive infrared sensors, and photoionization detectors to measure different gas species. iGAS is fitted with a pair of air filters, one of which is used to generate a zero gas. The air sample is selectively drawn through these filters by a pair of ultra-quiet pumps. The humidity and temperature in both air sample streams is equalized using Nafion drier tubes. Using 4-electrode electrochemical cells, gas species including NOx, ozone and sulphur dioxide are simultaneously measured with sensitivities of better than 10 ppb. Carbon dioxide is measured by a nondispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor, and VOCs (isobutylene) by a 10.6 eV photoionization detector (PID).

Single Site monitoring: Each analyzer, can be used in for single site monitoring and connected to our IOT platform, that can be accessed anywhere on the globe.

Multiple Site Monitoring: multiple sites can be networked together to provide a complete monitoring system, to measure and record data for an entire organisation with different locations or a wider geographical area.

Different locations can be connected by radio, telephone, internet connection or fixed wiring, and for remote locations radio or GSM modems.

The iGAS is equipped with A built-in zero gas generator to eliminate zero drift in the cells, and software algorithms automatically correct for cross-interferences between the gas species.

All analyzers come with standard connection to AirQWeb, patented software from Turnkey which connects all instruments and generate graphs, time stamped excel and pdf logs.

Additionally, the AirQApp for Android and Apple mobile devices is a total out of the box tool. With the app, users can generate 3D graphs, start and stop sampling, change the configuration of the sensors, and generate reports.
