We currently supply our dust and particulate monitors to clients of all shapes and sizes all around the world for use in a range of settings. They are routinely used on industrial sites, in manufacturing plants and by local authorities, councils and those involved in scientific research in this field. We have devices which are suitable for continuous real-time monitoring as well as our handheld device, is ideal for short-term sampling and can be used indoors and outside.

Overview

Turnkey range of Ambient Analyzers provide PM measurements in form of a fixed station, portable application housed in small lockable units which can be mounted in convenient locations.

Designed to continuously record environmental TSP, PM10, PM2.5 and PM1 particles, it offers a comprehensive testing and monitoring. Models TOPAS, OSIRIS and DustMate complete the PM analysis modules.

Technology

The TOPAS (Turnkey Optical Particle Analysis System), along with other airborne particle monitors, works using Turnkey’s specially developed nephelometer.

Air samples are continuously drawn through the nephelometer which analyses individual particles as they pass through a laser beam.

The particles are then collected on the reference filter. The nephelometer’s microprocessor has the capacity to analyse individual particles even if there are millions of particles per litre.

Monitoring of Industrial Combustion and Volatile Emissions

Ambient air quality with regard to health-harming substances also has to be considered on a small scale, because local microclimatic conditions may create an air quality considerably differing from a large-scale approach.

Traffic Monitoring

Apart from monitoring of gases and PM, the flexibility of ADMS BAM offers customization with add on sensors to measure metrological parameters.

Monitoring of Construction sites

The ease of operation makes the ADMS BAM a reliable measurement for PM monitoring at schools, public buildings, shopping malls, and airports (Indoor Air Quality / IAQ).

Features

Single Site monitoring: Each analyzer, can be used in for single site monitoring and connected to our IOT platform, that can be accessed anywhere on the globe.

Multiple Site Monitoring: multiple sites can be networked together to provide a complete monitoring system, to measure and record data for an entire organisation with different locations or a wider geographical area.

Different locations can be connected by radio, telephone, internet connection or fixed wiring, and for remote locations radio or GSM modems.

All analyzers come with standard connection to AirQWeb, patented software from Turnkey which connects all instruments and generate graphs, time stamped excel and pdf logs.

Additionally, the AirQApp for Android and Apple mobile devices is a total out of the box tool. With the app, users can generate 3D graphs, start and stop sampling, change the configuration of the sensors, and generate reports.
