Overview

ADMS analyser is an online analyser for measuring concentration of Suspended particulate matter in industrial process/ boiler stack. Being capable of Auto /remote cleaning with digital communication, it provides a complete solution for stack monitoring. ADMS analyzers are designed and engineered as In-situ system with spectrum of technologies depending on suitability, type of stack and user requirements. The technologies offered are mainly listed as:

Point: Tribo Flow / Probe Electrification (Non – Optical)
Point: Light Scattering : Backward and Forward Scatter (Optical)
Cross Duct: Transistometry / Opacity (Based on Double pass Dynamic Detection Measurement)

Features

User Friendly Interface

ADMS series of analyzers are designed for ease of operation and installation. All technologies come with standalone controllers and remote modules. The interface allows offers features like measuring, zeroing, calibration, service and more. An RS232/485 port supports MODBUS protocol to transmit each measuring channel value to a Data Acquisation System and can be connected a SCADA system. Additional parameters like status code, error code, calibration values, are available as Standard protocols in Diagnostics.

Moisture Prevention

All ADMS analyzers are equipped with moisture prevention and corrosion control to increase efficacy and life of the instrument (probes/measuring optics). ADMS 1000 series comes with an optional Teflon coating to prevent moisture from deposition of dust particles. This coating also facilitates in corrosion control in acidic fumes. ADMS 2000 and ADMS 3000 can be upgraded with a shutter system which prevents interference from moisture, which is automatically programmed and covers the optics in case of high moisture content.
